Colm Cooper’s mother has passed away

The Kerry star and his siblings are mourning the sad loss of their mother Maureen.

Kerry star Colm Cooper and is mourning the sad loss of his mother.

Maureen Cooper, who was in her 60s, died at home in Killarney this morning after an illness.

She left behind of a family of seven children, five boys and two girls, of whom Colm was the youngest.

Mrs Cooper’s husband Mike passed away in 2006, aged 61.
