Laois manager Seamus Plunkett has named the same team for Saturday's All-Ireland SHC second phase qualifier against Clare in Ennis (throw-in 3pm) as the one which lost to Galway in the Leinster semi-final.
Plunkett has included Ballinakill clubman James Walsh in his starting line-up, despite fears that the midfielder would not play a part against the Banner men after breaking his toe in a freak accident at home.
Walsh is listed to partner Cahir Healy at midfield. Healy, the May Hurler of the Month, was originally named to start against Galway in the middle but switched to attack before the throw-in.
Elsewhere, defender Brian Campion is still ruled out through injury. The Rathdowney-Errill clubman sustained a groin injury in the opening round win over Carlow in the Leinster Championship, and has yet to regain full fitness.
Saturday is the fourth Championship meeting between the Laois and Clare hurlers, and the third in the All-Ireland qualifiers.
Clare have won all previous games between the teams, including their last meeting in Portlaoise in 2007 when the visitors claimed a 2-14 to 1-11 victory.
LAOIS (SHC v Clare): Eoin Reilly; Brian Stapleton, Darren Maher, John A Delaney; Joe Fitzpatrick, Matthew Whelan, Gearoid Burke; Cahir Healy, James Walsh; Stephen Maher, Zane Keenan, Tommy Fitzgerald; John Brophy, Willie Hyland, Brian Dunne.
