Green light for FRC proposals redefines tackle in GAA

A number of the Football Review Committee proposals have been given the 'green light' by GAA Congress delegates including the introduction of a 'public clock' and a new definition for the tackle.

This is the second time in three years that a motion in relation to a countdown clock has been passed.
