Three changes for Cork
Cork manager Conor Counihan has revealed his starting 15 for Sunday's Allianz Football League Division 1 semi-final against Down.
The Croke Park clash (throw-in 4pm) will see Valley Rovers clubman Alan Quirke start in goal for the Rebels, taking over from Ken O'Halloran.
There are two further changes in defence with Seán Kiely and Eoin Cadogan making way for wing backs Noel O'Leary and Paudie Kissane.
Daniel Goulding could also see some game-time at GAA headquarters as a substitute. He is poised to make his long-awaited return from the ankle ligament injury he sustained in last July's All-Ireland qualifier against Down.
The former All-Star has trained this week with Cork after playing a full match for his club side Éire Óg.
Counihan's men, who are bidding to retain their league crown, beat Down by a point in the 2010 All-Ireland final and were also victorious in the sides' league encounters last year (3-17 to 0-15) and earlier this season (4-11 to 0-10).
CORK (AFL v Down): Alan Quirke; Ray Carey, Michael Shields, Eoin Cotter; Noel O'Leary, Graham Canty, Paudie Kissane; Alan O'Connor, Pearse O'Neill; Fintan Goold, Paddy Kelly, Paul Kerrigan; Colm O'Neill, Aidan Walsh, Donncha O'Connor.
