Peter Kelly and Paul Ryan have returned from injury to take their places in the Dublin team to face Galway in Sunday's Allianz Hurling League Division 1A relegation play-off.
Kelly slots back in at full-back having recovered from the medial knee ligament damage he sustained when the sides last played each other back in February.
This weekend's Tullamore tie (throw-in 2.30pm) will see Ryan lining out at left corner forward, although he is not expected to last the full 70 minutes.
Ryan missed the recent games against Tipperary and Waterford with a hamstring injury, but he is fit to resume along with his Ballyboden St. Enda's club-mate Conor McCormack.
Anthony Daly's starting fifteen also includes Ross O'Carroll, who will be making his first start of the 2012 league campaign.
The Kilmacud Crokes clubman has suffered a succession of injuries in recent seasons. However, he showed good form when scoring 0-2 as a substitute against Waterford having had a 20-minute run-out against Cork earlier in the league run.
Meanwhile, Galway manager Anthony Cunningham has made a raft of changes to the team that was throttled by table toppers Kilkenny two weeks ago.
Feargal Flannery takes over from Jamie Ryan in goal with Kevin Hynes added to the defence and David Burke and Andy Smyth paired together in midfield.
The Tribesmen only scored six points from play against Kilkenny and were reliant on free-taker Niall Burke for half of their tally.
With that in mind, Cunningham has rejigged his attack. Conor Cooney and Davy Glennon get the nod at right wing forward and left corner forward respectively, with Jamies Regan moved into the full-forward role.
Cooney scored four points from play and Niall Burke hit double figures with a 0-10 tally during Galway's opening round 0-20 to 0-13 victory over the Dubs in Salthill.
