Loughgiel Shamrocks' All-Ireland winning goalkeeper DD Quinn is set to make his first start of the year for the Antrim senior hurlers this weekend.

Quinn has been included in the Saffrons team to face Limerick in Sunday's Allianz Hurling League Division 1B clash at Casement Park (throw-in 2.30pm).

He takes over from Seanan McToal between the posts in one of three changes to the side that beat Laois last weekend.

Antrim manager Jerry Wallace has also included Shamrocks player Eddie McCloskey, who come in for Darren Hamill at left half-forward.

The other change sees St. Gall's clubman Kieran McGourty replacing John Kerr in the full-back line.

The inclusion of Quinn and McCloskey in the starting line-up comes after the Loughgiel Shamrocks contingent returned to Antrim training at Casement Park on Tuesday night.

Shamrocks duo Joey Scullion and Barney McAuley are also listed among the substitutes for Sunday afternoon's game.

However, Shamrocks sharpshooter Liam Watson, who registered 3-7 in the All-Ireland decider, has yet to return to the county squad.
