Offaly make four changes for Clare game
Offaly manager Ollie Baker has named his side to face his native Clare in Sunday's Allianz Hurling League Division 1B encounter at O'Connor Park (throw-in 2.30pm).
The team shows four changes in personnel to the team which secured a draw with Limerick at the Gaelic Grounds last Saturday.
Barry Harding, Dermot Mooney, Sean Ryan and Ger Healion come into the side instead of Rory Hanniffy, Stephen Wynne, James Mulrooney and Colin Egan .
In the half-back line Harding replaces his Birr club-mate Hanniffy who is ruled out of the game through injury.
Hanniffy sustained a broken thumb in the last minute of the game against Limerick. Derek Morkan moves to centre-back, with Wynne dropping to the bench.
David Franks takes his spot at corner back, James Rigney goes into the half backs with Brendan Murphy moving to midfield and Seir Kieran’s Dermot Mooney starting at right wing forward.
Two players who impressed as substitutes last time out are included in the full-forward line.
Kilcormac/Killoughey's Ger Healion, who netted a goal in Limerick, is brought in at full-forward with Colin Egan dropping out of the team, while Birr's Sean Ryan replaces James Mulrooney in the left corner.
