Conlon gets Dublin call-up
Paul Conlon has been named at right corner back in the Dublin team for Sunday's Leinster SFC semi-final against Kildare at Croke Park (throw-in 4pm).
The St Vincent's clubman starts in place of regular corner back Philly McMahon, who has a medial knee ligament injury.
It will be Conlon's first Championship start and also his seasonal bow for the Dubs after missing the league campaign with a groin injury.
Manager Pat Gilroy has made two other changes to the side that beat Laois last time out. Barry Cahill makes way for Denis Bastick in midfield where he will partner Michael Darragh Macauley, who has recovered sufficiently from a foot injury.
Eoghan O'Gara, who replaced Kevin McManamon during the second half of the Laois game, has been selected at full-forward. McManamon drops to the bench and Alan Brogan shifts back to centre-forward.
Despite having Ger Brennan sent-off in the first half, Dublin managed to beat Kildare 2-15 to 0-18 in the counties' last Championship meeting - the 2009 Leinster final. If they win this weekend, the Metropolitans will qualify for their sixth provincial decider in seven years.
