Brennan commits royal faux-pas at Croker visit
A former GAA President has committed a royal faux-pas during the visit to Croke Park today.
Nicky Brennan held the Queen by the arm for a moment or two before Royal protection officers intervened and loosened his grip.
Royal protocol dictates that physical contact with a monarch is strictly forbidden.
Two former Australian Prime Minister's Paul Keating and John Howard both courted controversy for making similar faux-pas.
