Down captain Ambrose Rogers looks set to miss his side's All-Ireland semi-final against Kildare on August 29, due to an injury picked up when playing his club recently.

Scans have revealed that Rogers sustained an anterior cruciate ligament injury in Longstone's win over Liatroim Fontenoys in the Down Senior Football Championship.
