Gilroy delays naming squad

Dublin Senior football manager Pat Gilroy will not name his Championship panel until later this week.

Gilroy was due to release his squad by email later today, but has opted to delay the announcement due to a number of injuries.

Speculation continues to mount over whether Jason Sherlock is included in the squad.

The St Oliver Plunkett's/Eoghan Ruadh clubman is the last remaining link with the All-Ireland winning side of 1995.
