Kerry GAA chiefs will today learn the seriousness of an eye injury sustained by All-Ireland winner Colm Cooper in Sunday’s NFL win over Monaghan.

Cooper is set to undergo specialist surgery in Dublin to rectify the visual impairment suffered since he received the blow in the early minutes of the Fitzgerald Stadium clash.
