Fitzpatrick out of Kilkenny team

Kilkenny manager Brian Cody has sensationally omitted last year's All-Ireland-winning captain James 'Cha' Fitzpatrick from his team for Sunday's SHC final showdown with Tipperary at Croke Park (throw-in 3.30pm).
