End of the road for Carr at Down

Ross Carr's term as Down senior football manager came to an end last night, following a meeting of the Down GAA County Board.

Down PRO Diarmuid Cahill issued a short statement after the meeting, which read: "At a meeting of the County Committee this evening members voted not to reappoint the outgoing senior football management team.
