Dooher starts in Ulster final
Tyrone captain Brian Dooher makes his first start since last September’s All-Ireland final triumph over Kerry in Sunday’s Ulster SFC final against Antrim.
Dooher’s inclusion in the half forward line is the only change from the semi-final defeat of Derry.
Sean Cavanagh moves from full-forward to partner Kevin Hughes at midfield, due to the hamstring injury that has ruled out Enda McGinley.
Joe McMahon has recovered from a rib injury sustained in the semi-final win over Derry, and will wear the number 12 shirt, although his exact role is uncertain.
McGinley is listed in the subs, and has expressed his desire to play some part in the game.
But for Cavanagh, the move back to the central area is one he will relish.
TYRONE (SFC v Antrim): J Devine; PJ Quinn, Justin McMahon, R McMenamin; D Harte, C Gormley, P Jordan; K Hughes, S Cavanagh; B Dooher, T McGuigan, Joe McMahon; M Penrose, S O’Neill, O Mulligan.
