Brennan concerned about McCarthy death-threats

GAA President Nickey Brennan has expressed his concern at Ger McCarthy's claims that death threats led him to resign as Cork hurling manager.

McCarthy stepped down last night, releasing a statement in which he highlighted his growing concerns for the well-being of himself and his family after alleged threats.
