South Down recover to draw with Leitrim

Leitrim were held to just three second half points as South Down staged a magnificent comeback to ensure a share of the spoils at Ballymartin.

Leitrim led by 1-09 to 1-04 at half-time with Clem Cunniffe bagging 1-05 for the visitors in the opening half.

A Dan Morgan goal for South Down within two minutes of the restart brought the hosts back into contention and with a man of the match display from Clonduff's Paul McCusker, South Down held out to earn a draw.
