Donegal and Derry draw at Dungiven

Donegal finished out the group stages of the Dr McKenna Cup by drawing with Derry at Dungiven.

Eoin Brown salvaged the stalemate for Derry, picking off two late points, but the result was of little consequence as Donegal had already booked their semi-final berth before the throw-in.

Derry, for whom Enda Lynn top-scored with four points, led 0-08 to 0-05 at half-time.

The in-form Stephen Griffin boosted his personal tally to 0-05 as Donegal moved ahead but Brown had the final say.
