Easy win for Louth against UCD

Louth cruised to a comfortable 15-point win over the students of UCD at Drogheda.

In a one-sided encounter, the hosts held UCD to just two points in the opening half to establish a 1-06 to 0-02 half-time advantage.

Adrian Reid added his third point for the hosts to open up a seven-point gap on the restart.

Louth dominated possession and kicked eight second half wides, and despite leaking a late Mark Ronaldson goal, they kept their composure in a competitive final quarter.
