GAA unveil proposed disciplinary rules

The GAA have made a presentation of changes to the disciplinary rules that will be proposed at a special congress of the association on October 4.

Under the proposals there are a number of offences which will result in the player who caused the offence being issued a yellow card and replaced by one of his side's six permitted substitutes.
