Dublin’s first win in ladies All-Ireland minors

Dublin have claimed the TG4 All-Ireland minor ladies football crown for the first time with a comprehensive 2-18 to 1-4 victory against Tyrone in today's final at Breffni Park in Cavan.

Centre forward Noelle Healy scored 2-3 and full forward Natalia Hyland weighed in with seven points.

Elsewhere in the TG4 ladies senior championship Kildare defeated Donegal 0-12 to 0-10 this afternoon in the second round qualifier

The draw for the second qualifying round of the TG4 ladies All-Ireland football championship was made this afternoon at Kingspan Breffni Park.

Laois face Galway, Sligo take on Kildare, Kerry host Down and in the Ulster derby Tyrone will face Armagh.
