Draws made for Ring and Rackard Cup semis

Reigning Christy Ring Cup champions Westmeath will face Derry at home next weekend, after this evening's draw for the second-tier competition's semi-finals at Croke Park.

Surprise packets Mayo, who beat Wicklow after extra-time at Aughrim yesterday, will host Carlow in the second Ring Cup semi-final pairing.

Fingal's impressive march through their debut campaign in the Nicky Rackard Cup will move to the north west next weekend, after the north Dublin outfit were assigned a semi-final trip to Sligo.

This evening's Rackard Cup draw also gave Monaghan home advantage against Louth in the second semi.
