Cork beat champions Wexford in camogie championship
2007 runners-up Cork turned the tables on champions Wexford with a comfortable 3-6 to 0-5 victory in the Gala All-Ireland senior camogie championship today.
The Rebelettes gained sweet revenge for last year’s final reverse against Wexford by recording a comfortable ten-point victory in New Ross. With two wins from two, Cork are now very much on course for the semi-finals of this year’s competition but Wexford now face a battle to make the last four after losing their opening match.
