The fixing of the Dalkia All-Ireland Handball championship finals for O'Loughlin Gaels in Kilkenny this weekend has led to anger among Ulster Council handball officials and players.

They are lodging an appeal to the GAA's Central Council over the decision to stage the deciders at a Leinster venue.
