Wayward shooting by Antrim ensured that Jody Gormley's charges left Ardfinnan disappointed today as Tipperary recorded a three-point win.

The Saffrons kicked 12 wides in a game in which Tipperary always held the upper hand.

Thanks to four points from Barry Grogan, they held a 0-05 to 0-03 half-time lead.

Despite Paddy Cunningham, Thomas McCann and Kevin Niblock boosting Antrim's tally, Tipperary held on to go third in the Division 4 table.
