Down triumph over Derry in U21 Ulster final
Derry 1-14 Down 3-11, Casement Park
Ryan Kelly won a tense Ulster Under-21 football final for Down at Casement Park.
The corner forward fisted home a late goal to guide the Mourne county to their second U-21 title in four years, while Conor Garvey and Paul McComiskey also netted in the first half.
Derry trailed by 2-5 to 0-8 at half-time but a Sean Leo McGoldrick goal drew them level.
Down burst back into the lead and while Derry's Rian Kealey pointed twice to level again, Kelly had the final say.
