Counihan appointed as Cork football boss

Former Cork football star Conor Counihan has been appointed as manager of the Rebel County's senior football team according to reports.

Conor Counihan has been appointed as the new manager of Cork's senior footballers.

Counihan replaces Teddy Holland, who was dismissed last night in a move to end the players' strike in the Rebel County.
