Experienced defender Mark Foley will captain the Limerick senior hurlers in 2008, it has been confirmed.

Experienced defender Mark Foley will captain the Limerick senior hurlers in 2008, it has been confirmed.

Foley was nominated to take on the captain's role by his club Adare, who beat Croom to win the Limerick county title in November.
