Clare will be without the services of Gerry Quinn for the next six weeks after the Corofin clubman had a knee ligament injury confirmed by tests yesterday.

The 26-year-old defender received the bad news yesterday when scans confirmed that he had suffered a medial ligament tear in his right knee.
