Wexford footballers unchanged for Laois clash

Defenders Philip Wallace and Adrian Morrissey look set to feature in Sunday's Leinster SFC semi-final as Wexford boss Paul Bealin has named both players in his starting fifteen for the clash with Laois (Croke Park, throw-in 2.10pm).

Bealin has opted to name an unchanged team for the semi-final, keeping faith with the side that claimed a 0-16 to 2-8 quarter-final win over Louth.

Full-back Wallace damaged ligaments in his ankle during the Louth game, while wing back Morrissey injured his shoulder in the same fixture but both are expected to line out on Sunday.

This is Wexford's fourth Leinster semi-final on the trot, however they have lost the last three - going down to Westmeath (2004), Dublin (2005) and Offaly (2006) respectively.

The Model men have not contested a Leinster SFC final since 1956.

Laois won the sides' two most recent championship encounters, taking a 0-18 to 0-14 victory in 2001 and triumphing by 1-19 to 0-10 in 2003.
