Limerick manager Richie Bennis has revealed that his team captain Damien Reale lost consciousness for five minutes during Sunday's Munster SHC semi-final replay win against Tipperary.

Corner back Reale was rendered unconsciousness after being caught by Tipperary's Darragh Egan in an innocuous-looking challenge, early on in the Gaelic Grounds tie.
