Tyrone make two changes

Tyrone boss Mickey Harte has made two changes to his side as they attempt to make it two league wins in the space of seven days against All-Ireland champions Kerry (Tralee, throw-in 7.30pm).

The Red Hands will hope to follow up on last Sunday's drab win over Limerick and take the two points on offer for tomorrow night's tie.

Tyrone failed to impress in the 1-8 to 0-9 defeat of the Munster men and Harte has reacted by dropping Joe McMahon and Kelvin Hughes.

Martin Penrose and Colm McCullagh return to the starting line-up with Kevin Hughes and Enda McGinley set to form a new midfielder combination under the floodlights in Tralee.

To accommodate the duo, Peter Donnelly slips back to man the full-back position, Penrose comes in at centre forward and McCullagh has been positioned at full-forward with Stephen O'Neill switched to top of the left.

Meanwhile, Austin Stacks clubman Daniel Bohane will make his competitive debut for Kerry on his home pitch tomorrow night.

Bohane had been due to start against Fermanagh last month but a late injury forced his withdrawal. He takes Mossie Lyons' place at left half-back.

Kerry manager Pat O'Shea, whose club side Dr. Crokes face Crossmaglen again in this Sunday's AIB All-Ireland club football final replay, has also made two alterations to the Kingdom's attack.

Paul Galvin, who is set for his first start since returning from a break in Australia, and Eamonn Fitzmaurice have both earned recalls, with the injured Kieran Donaghy and Donnacha Walsh making way.

Donaghy is facing a lengthy absence after dislocating his shoulder in last weekend's defeat to Donegal and his number 14 jersey has gone to Seamus Scanlon, who lined out at centre forward last Sunday.
