Address error delays Walsh transfer

Inter-county footballer Thomas Walsh's high-profile transfer from Carlow to neighbouring county Wicklow has been delayed by a clerical error.

It turns out that midfielder Walsh, who is now living in the Wicklow town of Bray, put down the wrong apartment number on his transfer papers, which has slowed down the process.
