Dubs make two changes for Donegal trip

Dublin manager Paul Caffrey has made two changes to the side for Sunday's NFL Division 1A encounter with high-flying Donegal at Ballyshannon (throw-in 2pm).

Barry Cahill returns to the half-back line with Paul Casey making way, while Tomas Quinn, the four-point hero against Limerick last time out, has won a recall to the starting line-up.

Diarmuid Connolly, who was in action for the Dublin U21s last Saturday, loses out in a reshuffle of the forwards.

Free-taker Quinn, who came on as a substitute against the Shannonsiders to hit the match-winning point, will start at centre-forward next weekend.

Conal Keaney has been listed at right half-forward, and while further positional switches are expected, Caffrey has pushed Alan Brogan into the left corner - Keaney's previous spot.

St. Oliver Plunketts/Eoghan Ruadh clubman Ross McConnell, who made his first league start against Limerick, retains his place in midfield alongside the experienced Darren Magee.

The Dubs' 2007 captain Colin Moran remains out of the side, with Bryan Cullen keeping a hold of the centre-back berth.

DUBLIN (NFL v Donegal) - S Cluxton; D Henry, N O'Shea, P Griffin; B Cahill, B Cullen, G Brennan; D Magee, R McConnell; C Keaney, T Quinn, D Murray; D O'Callaghan, K Bonner, A Brogan.
