Silke and Murphy pull out of race for Galway job

The Galway hurling manager saga has taken another twist today following Ger Loughnane's withdrawal from the race yesterday.

Two more leading candidates, Sean Silke and Mattie Murphy, have now also pulled out.

Joe Cooney had been mooted as Silke's assistant.
