Injured trio return for Limerick

Ollie Moran, Stephen Lucey and Brian Geary have been slotted back into the Limerick side for Saturday's All-Ireland SHC quarter-final against Cork (Thurles, throw-in 4.15pm).

Moran and Lucey have recovered from knee and finger injuries respectively, while Geary is also back to full fitness after missing the Shannonsiders' final qualifier win over Dublin.

Willie Walsh, Paudie O'Dwyer and Donal O'Grady are the players to lose out.

Having started at midfield against Offaly, Lucey will line out at full-back against the Rebels.

Moran and Geary come back into the half-back line, alongside Mark Foley, while team captain TJ Ryan will take on duties at left half-forward.

The Garryspillane clubman was full-back on the Limerick team that defeated Dublin by 2-16 to 1-13 ten days ago.

Ryan and company will have their work cut out to end the reigning All-Ireland champions' 2006 run - Cork are seeking their 12th successive championship win and have beaten Limerick in their last two championship meetings in 2002 and 2004.

The sides' last championship clash saw Cork, thanks to a 1-07 haul from Ben O'Connor, run out 1-18 to 2-12 winners in the 2004 Munster semi-final.
