Corey and Lennon earn Farney recalls
Vincent Corey and Eoin Lennon have both been included in the Monaghan line-up for tomorrow's All-Ireland SFC second round qualifier against Wexford (Clones, throw-in 4.30pm).
Corey returns after a spell out with a hamstring injury, taking his place at left half-back, while Lennon, the 2005 Monaghan Footballer of the Year, will renew his midfield partnership with Dick Clerkin.
A stomach bug kept Lennon, who won a Sigerson Cup medal with DCU, out of the 2-19 to 3-06 win over Wicklow last month.
Donal Morgan and Brendan McKenna revert to the substitutes' bench. Last year's minor captain Eoin Duffy retains his place at left corner forward - he made his championship debut against Wicklow.
Meanwhile, Truagh defender Keith Sheerin has opted out of the Monaghan panel, with his place going to Nicholas Corrigan from Scotstown.
MONAGHAN (SFC v Wexford) - S Duffy; D McArdle, J Coyle, C Flanagan; D Freeman (capt), G McQuaid, V Corey; E Lennon, D Clerkin; J McElroy, P Finlay, S Gollogly; T Freeman, R Woods, E Duffy.
