Double injury boost for Laois
Laois manager Mick O'Dwyer has been handed a double injury boost ahead of his side's Leinster SFC semi-final clash with Dublin on Saturday week.
Former Kerry forward Billy Sheehan is back in training. The Emo clubman missed Laois' quarter-final win over Carlow due to a groin strain.
Laois skipper Gary Kavanagh, who kicked two points from his wing forward berth against Carlow, is also expected to undertake some light training tonight.
Kavanagh hobbled out of a county SFC game last weekend with a knee injury. However, an MRI scan has revealed no cruciate ligament damage for the Stradbally star, and he looks set to be fit in time for the re-match with the Dubs.
Laois lost last year's Leinster final to Dublin on a scoreline of 0-13 to 0-14.
