Dublin unchanged for Cork trip

Dublin manager Paul Caffrey has named an unchanged team for Saturday's NFL Division 1A trip to Cork (Pairc Ui Rinn, throw-in 7.45pm) despite the nervy ending to his side's win over Offaly last weekend.

The Dubs, who are still looking for their first ever victory at Pairc Ui Rinn - having lost there in 1998/99 and 2005, would have considered bringing Niall O'Shea back in, but the St Jude's defender is still nursing a leg injury.

Saturday night's meeting will be the 34th National League clash between the counties with the Leesiders holding an 18-12 advantage - with three draws.

The Dubs lost 1-06 to 0-18 to Billy Morgan's Rebels in the league last March.

Caffrey's side for Saturday contains nine players - Stephen Cluxton, Paul Griffin, Paul Casey, Peadar Andrews, Shane Ryan, Jason Sherlock, Declan Lally, Conal Keaney and Tomas Quinn - who started in that fixture at Pairc Ui Rinn.

Caffrey will be hoping for another encouraging performance from Ballyboden St. Enda's forward Conal Keaney, who marked his comeback from ankle surgery by scoring 1-03 (1f) against Offaly last Saturday.

DUBLIN (NFL v Cork) - S Cluxton; P Griffin, B Cahill, D Henry; P Casey, C Goggins, P Andrews; D Bastick, D Magee; C Keaney, J Sherlock, D Lally; D O'Callaghan, S Ryan, T Quinn.

Substitutes: J Leonard, R McConnell, D McCann, M Vaughan, B Brogan, D Reilly, D Murray, G O'Meara, C Prenderville.
