Favourites Nemo Rangers and the Kilmacud Crokes were beaten today in the All-Ireland club football semi-finals.

Antrim side St Galls beat Nemo of Cork 10 points to 1-06 in Portlaoise to earn their first ever appearance in and All-Ireland final.

Dublin champions Kilmacud travelled to Galway to Pearse Park to play Salthill-Knocknacarra but the final scoreline of 1-09 to 1-07 went against them.

Intercounty forward Mark Vaughan was also shown a red card towards the end of the game for a striking offence.
