'DCU four' have suspensions quashed

The four inter-county players who were suspended by the Higher Education Committee for allegedly playing for DCU whilst ineligible, have had their bans overturned.

Shane Ryan (Dublin), Dessie Dolan (Westmeath), Ross Munnelly (Laois) and Diarmuid Kinsella (Wexford) had their cases heard by the Central Appeals Committee last night. Their suspensions was thrown out on a technicality.
