The Leinster council has conducted the draws for the 2006 season's O'Byrne SF Cup and the Walsh and Kehoe Cup hurling competitions.

The O'Byrne Cup first round will see Leinster SFC champions Dublin battling against UCD, while new Meath boss Eamonn Barry will open his competitive reign against the students of DCU.
