Former captain Anthony Daly's tenure as Clare senior hurling manager was officially extended at last night's county board meeting in Ennis.

The Clarecastle man, who skippered Clare to All-Ireland wins in 1995 and 1997 and won All-Star honours in 1994, 1995 and 1998, will have at least another 12 months at the helm.
