Bulter resigns from Laois post

Paudie Butler has ended his three-year association with Laois hurling by stepping down as their senior manager.

The Tipperary native, who was appointed in November 2002, helped the midlanders maintain their place in the NHL Division One, but crucially failed to make a breakthrough in the Leinster championship.
