John Kennedy resigns as Clare football manager

John Kennedy has announced his resignation as manager of the Clare football team.

Kennedy, who has been in charge of the Banner men since 2003, is the fifth GAA manager to step down in the past four days.

Clare crashed out of this year's All-Ireland championship after losing to Sligo in the qualifiers.
