Curtin boost for Dubs

Dublin's chances of staying in hurling's top tier this weekend have received a boost with the return from injury of captain David Curtin.

The Ballyboden St Enda's free-taker is set to start in the Dubs' All-Ireland SHC relegation semi-final against Laois in Carlow (throw-in 7pm) on Saturday.

Curtin missed Tommy McNaughton's side's one-point loss to Offaly ten days ago due to a hand injury.

The Dublin senior line-up will be announced on Thursday night at the earliest - due to the capital's Under-21s lining out in tomorrow's Leinster final against Kilkenny.
