Dublin boss Paul Caffrey has handed Stephen O'Shaughnessy his senior football championship debut as the corner-back is named in the side to take on Longford in the Leinster championship at Croke Park on Sunday.

Dublin boss Paul Caffrey has handed Stephen O'Shaughnessy his senior football championship debut as the corner-back is named in the side to take on Longford in the Leinster championship at Croke Park on Sunday.

The Lucan Sarsfield club man is named in the left corner after impressing during the Dubs' league campaign.

Coman Goggins has been named at left half-back, with Peadar Andrews on the bench. Barry Cahill is in the heart of defence, leaving Bryan Cullen free to move forward.

Alan Brogan leads the attack, flanked by Cullen and Colin Moran.
