Kilkenny legend DJ Carey has revealed the secret to his fitness - regular sessions with his personal trainer.

The 34-year-old Gowran attacking ace played a huge part in Monday's National Hurling League final victory over Clare, rattling a penalty to the net and setting up the Cats' other two goals.
