Fitness worries for Sligo
Sligo boss Dominic Corrigan is sweating over the fitness of several players ahead of his side's Connacht championship opener against Leitrim in three weeks' time.
Defenders Brendan Phillips and Nigel Clancy are suffering from ankle and shoulder injuries respectively, while ace attacker Dessie Sloyan underwent surgery on a groin injury last week and won't return for three weeks at least.
Former All Star midfielder Eamonn O'Hara has resumed light training after an ankle injury and Dara McGarty is receiving treatment for a hamstring injury.
In spite of their injury crisis, Corrigan has kept his side ticking over with a series of challenge games.
Sligo held visitors Westmeath to a draw last Saturday, while the Dubs entertained the westerners on Tuesday.
Antrim provide the opposition this weekend, with Donegal the final challenge, pencilled in for next weekend.
