Fermanagh's McGrath struck down by virus

Fermanagh All Star Martin McGrath is in hospital after being struck down by a viral infection.

The Erne midfielder was replaced during the National Football League semi-final defeat by Meath after struggling throughout the match.

It later emerged he had been suffering from the virus.

He is due to be released in the coming days but faces a race against time for the Ulster championship opener against provincial champions Armagh on May 15.
